We don't take specialised orders for this bouquet - it's put together artistically on a 'get what you get' principle. We take great care to ensure it looks stunning.
There are risks involved with using couriers to send perishable goods.

We do everything reasonably and practically to mitigate the risks involved, by packing flowers with care and sending it with trusted couriers.

However, things do sometimes go wrong! We need you to send it to an address that the courier can find easily and where it won't be left in the hot sun all day. Please get it delivered where you know someone will be able to receive it in person and put it in water upon receipt.

IF your flowers are damaged or compromised you can send us a photograph of the product (upon receipt) to be eligible for a refund.
